Ingredients

125g butter
6 tablespoons milk
450g icing sugar
125g cocoa

Method

  1. Melt the butter
  2. Heat the milk till it’s scalding hot.
  3. Add the milk to the butter, along with the icing sugar and cocoa, beating until the mixture thickens.
  4. If it takes ages to thicken, add some more icing sugar.
