Ingredients
125g butter
6 tablespoons milk
450g icing sugar
125g cocoa
Method
- Melt the butter
- Heat the milk till it’s scalding hot.
- Add the milk to the butter, along with the icing sugar and cocoa, beating until the mixture thickens.
- If it takes ages to thicken, add some more icing sugar.
