Ingredients
2 large onions, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
400g minced pork
415g tin of baked beans
400g tin of mixed beans (kidney, pinto and white beans), drained and washed
680g jar of passata
1 teaspoon hot chilli powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the onions until translucent.
- Add the crushed garlic to the pan and fry for another minute.
- Add the pork and fry until browned
- Add the baked beans, mixed beans, passata and chilli powder. Stir well, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
- Serve with boiled rice or baked potato.
