Ingredients

6 x thick cut pork loin steaks (approx 600g)

5 tablespoons tomato puree

5 tablespoons water

5 tablespoons Worcester sauce

5 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons runny honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (fan), 200 deg C conventional or gas mark 6.
  2. Place the pork steaks in a roasting tin
  3. Mix all the other ingredients together in a large jug or bowl to make a runny sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork and cover the tin with foil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the tin from the oven and take off the foil.
  7. Return the tin to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh veg.
