Ingredients
6 x thick cut pork loin steaks (approx 600g)
5 tablespoons tomato puree
5 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons Worcester sauce
5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons runny honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (fan), 200 deg C conventional or gas mark 6.
- Place the pork steaks in a roasting tin
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a large jug or bowl to make a runny sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the pork and cover the tin with foil.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the oven and take off the foil.
- Return the tin to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh veg.
