Ingredients
2 average sized potatoes per person
olive oil in a spray bottle
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven), 200°C (conventional oven)
- Spray a baking tray with olive oil.
- Scrub the potatoes (there’s no need to peel them).
- Cut each potato in half lengthways then, depending on how chunky you like your wedges and how big the potatoes are, cut each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
- Put the potato wedges on the baking tray then spray them with olive oil.
- Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Remove them from the oven when they’re tender and are starting to turn golden brown.
