Ingredients

2 average sized potatoes per person
olive oil in a spray bottle

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven), 200°C (conventional oven)
  2. Spray a baking tray with olive oil.
  3. Scrub the potatoes (there’s no need to peel them).
  4. Cut each potato in half lengthways then, depending on how chunky you like your wedges and how big the potatoes are, cut each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
  5. Put the potato wedges on the baking tray then spray them with olive oil.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  7. Remove them from the oven when they’re tender and are starting to turn golden brown.
